Once initiated, what is the lead time for the information request to be sent to the candidates?

The candidate invitation is sent immediately once the background check request has been submitted.

When a client places an order, the candidate automatically receives an email and/or SMS (depending on the contact information provided and the configured notification settings) containing instructions to begin the screening process.

The invitation includes:

• Step-by-step instructions for completing the screening process.

• A secure "Get Started" (Magic Link) that allows the candidate to access their screening without creating a password.

• Access to review and sign the required digital consent forms.

• The ability to complete their online profile and provide the information required to initiate their background checks.

Candidates can access the invitation from any supported device and begin the process as soon as they receive it.

Note: While the invitation is sent immediately after the order is submitted, the background checks will only commence once the candidate has completed the required steps, including providing consent and submitting all necessary information.
