The Singapore government has specific requirements on background check reports that are to be submitted to MOM. This includes issuing a unique 15-digit identifier code for each MOM case and clearing each check in accordance to MOM’s discrepancy matrix, which may differ from another country’s requirements or even your own organization’s standards.
