The number of points awarded for COMPASS Criterion 2 will depend on the qualification. 20 points are awarded for bachelor degree (and above) qualifications issued by top-tier institutions [recognised by MOM here as Group A](https://www.mom.gov.sg/-/media/mom/documents/work-passes-and-permits/compass/compass-c2-list-of-top-tier-institutions.pdf). Qualifications obtained from certain institutions (Group B) will only be awarded 20 points if it falls within [MOM’s list of specific faculties in that university](https://www.mom.gov.sg/-/media/mom/documents/work-passes-and-permits/compass/compass-c2-list-of-top-tier-institutions.pdf).
