12. How can I submit my non-English language documents?

This article summarize steps you need to take to submit your documents which are not in English language.

For any foreign-language documents, it is a mandatory requirement by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) that you upload it together with an English translation.

MOM strictly does not accept translations provided by the HR or candidate themselves. The translation must be done by a proper translation service provider.

For non-English documents, you must upload the original document together with an English translation as 1 file. The translation can be done by a translation service provider.

The English-translated copy must be from either a translation service provider (with the company name clearly stated), or your school (providing you an official English certificate or transcript), or issued by your local government. You do not need to get the English-translated copy notarized.
