Veremark can run Credit Checks for Employment in the United States (US) for eligible employers who meet the requirements of the credit bureau (TransUnion).
Veremark is permitted to provide and deliver employment credit reports to employers who are registered to do business in the United States and maintain/operate from a principal facility located on United States soil.
Veremark may sell employment credit reports only to employers and shall not sell employment credit reports to any business that intends to resell or otherwise release the information to another third-party business, entity, or person.
Veremark is prohibited from selling employment credit reports directly to consumers.
