The candidate's signed consent form is automatically saved as a PDF within their check file. You can access it directly from the Veremark platform at any time.

Step-by-Step Guide to Find the Form:

1. Navigate to the specific candidate's profile.
2. Once you're in the candidate's profile, locate the Documents section on the left-hand side.
3. Download the Consent Form.
4. The signed consent form will be available as a PDF, alongside any other documents the candidate may have uploaded.

How the Consent Process Works

Before a candidate can begin entering their information, they are required to review and digitally sign a consent form. This signature is captured using our partner, Scrive, and the signed document is then automatically filed in the candidate's Document Repository.

This streamlined process ensures that the consent form is securely stored and accessible to authorized users throughout the screening process.
