How can I avoid sending duplicate requests?

When you send a new request, we will warn you if previous requests with the same candidate email exist.

The New Feature: Duplicate Request Checking

From now on, whenever a request is being created in the system, it will automatically check if any previous requests with the same email address exist. If a previous request is found for the same person, a warning message will be displayed on the request form.

The Warning Message

The warning message will clearly state that a similar request has already been made for the same person. It will also provide instructions on how to proceed, giving you two options:

  1. Cancel Request: If you believe that the previous request is sufficient, you can cancel the current request to avoid duplication.

  2. Continue Creating the Request: In case the previous request is incomplete or outdated, you can proceed with creating the new request.

Additional Information

To help you make an informed decision, the warning message will include the following details:

  • Criteria and Checks: The specific criteria and checks that led to the detection of the previous request will be presented.

  • User Information: You will see the name of the user who sent the previous request, ensuring accountability and easy communication.

  • Date of Previous Request: The date when the previous request was made will be provided, giving you context on the timeline of actions.

Accessing Previous Request Details

If you require more detailed information about the previous request, the warning message will contain a convenient link. By clicking on the link, you will be able to view the entire request that was previously sent.
