How do I issue, or re-issue, a Verepass wallet?

Wallets are issued after a candidate completes their checks.

This option is automatically enabled for all clients. Verepass is automatically issued to all candidates (except for MOM checks). Wallets can be issued either manually, on a candidate-by-candidate basis, or automatically, when a candidate completes at least one verified check.

To issue or re-issue a wallet manually:

  1. Navigate to the Candidates tab in your Veremark account.
  2. Select the candidate by clicking the three dots next to their name.
  3. Click Share Verepass.

To issue wallets automatically - please contact your Account Manager or contact clientsupport@veremark.com to enable or disable this setting.

What checks are available with Verepass?

The checks compatible with Verepass are:

  • Identity checks: Drivers licence and passport
  • Education checks
  • Employment checks
  • Background checks: Credit check and Criminal check
