Log in to the Veremark platform. 2. Navigate to the "Questionnaire" section on the main menu. 3. Select + New Questionnaire in the top-right corner. **Tip:** Depending on your version of the platform, this option may be labelled **Create New Questionnaire**. ### Step 2: Creating a Candidate-Specific F&P Questionnaire 1. Click on "Create New Questionnaire." 2. In the questionnaire builder, choose between 'Reference Check' and 'Fit & Proper Check' options for clear differentiation. 3. From the **Questionnaire type** dropdown, select **Fit and Proper Check**. **Important:** Make sure you select Fit and Proper Check rather than Reference Check. The questionnaire type determines where the questionnaire can be used within the criteria builder.
