Managing Check Settings
The Check Settings section allows users to configure various options related to candidate document uploads, additional information, and referee opt-ins.
Accessing Check Settings

Log in to your Veremark account.

Navigate to Settings in the left menu.

Select Check Settings to view and manage available options.
Configurable Options

Add Attestation date on the candidate’s behalf – Enable this to manually add an attestation date.

Add Start date on the candidate’s behalf – Allows entering a start date for a candidate.

Add additional information on the candidate’s behalf – Toggle this if you wish to provide extra details about a candidate at the point of request creation.

Upload documents and information on the candidate’s behalf – Grants the ability to for you to upload candidare documents.

Ask proof of employment to candidates? – Enable if you wish candidates to upload employment verification to expedite verification process.

Ask proof of education to candidates? – Enable if you wish candidates to upload education verification to expedite verification process.

Show the opt-in question to referees? – Toggle to display the opt-in message to referees.
