Is there a notification when a check is completed?

Yes. Veremark sends email notifications to clients when a background screening request has been completed.

Once all checks ordered for a candidate have been completed, the client will automatically receive an email notification confirming that the screening is complete.

Notification for Individual Checks

By default, clients receive a notification for the overall screening completion rather than separate notifications for each individual check or sub-check.

For example, if a screening package includes multiple checks, the completion email will be sent once all requested checks within that package have been completed.

If you would prefer to receive notifications when individual checks are completed, you can update your notification preferences:

Go to:
Veremark Settings → Notifications

From there, you can configure when you would like to receive email notifications based on your preferences.
