# My referee told me they haven't received any email from you?

**Ask your referee to check their spam or junk folder.**

If you entered your referee’s correct email address, they should have received an email requesting them to complete the reference check. Please ask them to check their **spam or junk folder** in case the email was filtered.

If you provided the correct mobile number, your referee may also have received an **SMS reminder**.
