Rescreening improvements

To streamline and enhance our re-screening process, we’ve introduced new features that make it easier to schedule and manage re-screenings, both individually and in bulk.

Individual Candidate Re-screening

  1. Initiate Re-screening:

    • Navigate to the candidate's profile.

    • Click on 'Add re-screening' from the dropdown menu on the candidate's card.

2. Set Re-screening Details:

    • Choose the criteria with the checks to be included in the re-screening, allowing for regular updates and regulatory compliance.

    • Add the candidate details and ensure what is current candidate's email address, now that the candidate is an employee.

    • Schedule Frequency: Decide when to send the re-screening and how often it should repeat (options include monthly, biannually, annually, or custom intervals). and when it should stop, either by a specific end date or after a set number of occurrences.

  1. Re-screening Marker:

    • Once scheduled, a re-screening marker and relevant details will appear on the candidate’s profile for easy tracking.

Bulk Re-screening via CSV Upload

  1. Prepare the CSV File:

    • Upload a CSV containing the credentials of candidates for bulk re-screening. You can download an existing file from the Candidates section or use the provided template to add new candidate information.

    • Preview the candidate information and accept it before moving to the next section.

2. Set Checks and Frequency:

    • Similar to individual scheduling, select the checks and define the frequency and end conditions for each candidate listed in the CSV.

3. Submit Bulk Re-screening:

    • Upload and submit the CSV file to initiate re-screenings for all selected candidates, making it convenient to keep records up-to-date across multiple profiles.

Monitor progress

  1. Candidate Card:

    • As a re-screening has just been scheduled for this candidate, the re-screening marker, along with re-screening information, will appear on the candidate's card.

    • Clients will receive an email when re-screening is about to happen, more precisely 7 days before it’s due.

Both methods enable you to schedule regular re-screenings to ensure candidate information remains accurate and compliant.

With these new options, re-screenings are now more intuitive and accessible, allowing you to adapt the process to your organization’s specific requirements—whether it’s updating records on an individual basis or implementing regular reviews across your team.
