How to navigate the dashboard

Learn how to manage background checks using the Requests dashboard.

Once you’ve requested your first Veremark background check, the Requests Dashboard becomes your main hub within Veremark.

Each request is color-coded based on its current stage. 

The first stage you’ll see is the ‘Requested’ stage which means the request has been sent, but the candidate has not yet completed their details form. The requested stage is colour coded light blue.

At this stage, you won’t be able to click into the requested profile, but you can still view important details directly from the dashboard, including when the request was first opened by the candidate and the date of the last follow-up request.

Here, you’ll find all your background check requests in one place, along with key details such as the current status, due date, and quick-access links for actions like downloading reports or deleting requests.

Once the candidate completes the details form, the request moves to the In-Progress stage. At this point, you can click into the Request Profile to view more detailed check information.

As individual checks are completed, their status will be reflected by the color-coded icons:

  • Green indicates a ‘Completed’ status.
  • Pink means a check result requires a Review.
  • Dark Blue indicates a check has been cancelled

If any check within a request reaches the ‘Review’ status, the overall stage will update to Review upon completion and will be color-coded Pink.
