All MOM checks at Veremark are prioritized by our dedicated team who follows up closely with each institution through emails, phone calls and (where needed) physical on-site visits. However, we cannot control the school’s response time, and in some circumstances, the institution may not respond before you are due to submit your EP application.  In such cases, you can follow [MOM’s instructions here](https://www.mom.gov.sg/passes-and-permits/employment-pass/documents-required#verification-proof-requirements) below: If the verification is still pending **after** **14 working days** and** your awarding institution is found in the application form's drop-down list** of accredited institutions, you can submit the work pass application first. You will need to: 1\. Retrieve your In-Progress report by clicking on "Download full report" in your Veremark Client Portal: ![image.png](https://help.veremark.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined.png?width=688&height=420&name=undefined.png)   2\. Key in the verification reference number provided by Veremark. P*lease note that in the EP application form, you will need to key in the MOM verification reference number starting with “VM”. Fill in your MOM application form based on the education details provided by your candidate.  *Note: If your MOM check is still pending from the school, the cover page will not contain the finalised results, hence you will need to retrieve it from Page 3 instead:* ![image.png](https://help.veremark.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-2.png?width=969&height=694&name=undefined-2.png) *If your candidate was awarded an overseas certificate while attending a local campus, such in as the example above, you are to **select the awarding institution name from the MOM Dropdown List** instead of the attending school (e.g. University of London, rather than SIM or Crescendo College).* 4\. Submit your application form to MOM, who will evaluate it and decide whether they will issue an In-Principle Approval (IPA) work pass to your candidate based on the education declared and other COMPASS factors in your application. 5\. Once the verification outcome is known, you are not required to separately submit the verification proof to MOM, as MOM will directly liaise with Veremark regarding the outcome of the verification. However, if the qualification is found to be not genuine or could not be verified, MOM will revoke the work pass and ask your candidate to leave Singapore.
