If you previously ordered a COMPASS-compliant education verification report from us (containing the MOM verification code VMxxxx...), you may reuse the report for your subsequent EP renewals and applications provided that the code is still valid.
If not, you will need to reorder a new check and get a new code reissued before submitting to MOM.
To check whether it is still valid, login to your Veremark portal at https://app.veremark.com and ensure that you are able to locate the report copy under the candidate's name. Your reports are generally stored on our servers and can be managed between Veremark and MOM for EP applications / renewals for 18 - 24 months.
If you're not able to locate the copy, then it is likely that the data is no longer stored on our servers and has already been wiped in alignment with international guidelines for personal data handling and privacy. Note: For Pay-As-You-Go clients, reports are stored for a maximum of 18 months as per international privacy and data handling guidelines. These are no longer maintained on our system and cannot be submitted to MOM anymore as your data no longer sits with Veremark.
