How to bulk upload candidates

Bulk Uploading Candidates is a feature on the Veremark platform that enables client administrators to submit multiple background check requests at once by uploading a file, eliminating the need to create each candidate request individually.

This video provides a step-by-step guide on how to efficiently submit multiple requests by uploading an input file.

We can retain the existing video or upload a new one, provided it reflects the new interface for the New Request page.

What Should I Do If a Bulk Upload Fails?

If your bulk candidate upload fails, it is usually due to formatting issues in the CSV file, such as missing required fields or incorrect data formatting.

When an upload cannot be processed, the Veremark portal displays a validation summary highlighting the rows and columns that contain errors. Review the identified issues, update your CSV file, and upload it again.

Important Notes

• When completing the bulk upload CSV file, please ensure you carefully read and follow the instructions provided in the template. This will help ensure the file is completed correctly and reduce the likelihood of upload errors.
• Bulk upload is designed for submitting multiple candidate requests using the same criteria. If different candidates require different criteria, they should be submitted in separate bulk uploads or created as individual requests.
